A folyamatos t\u00falfesz\u00fcl\u00e9s miatt elkezdenek zsugorodni, g\u00f6rcs\u00f6ss\u00e9 \u00e9s merevv\u00e9 v\u00e1lni, funkci\u00f3juk is er\u0151teljesen cs\u00f6kken, \u00e9s el\u0151bb ut\u00f3bb f\u00e1jdalmat gener\u00e1lnak. \u00c9rdemes erre odafigyelni, mert a gyakori nyak-, h\u00e1t-, \u00e9s der\u00e9kf\u00e1jdalom komolyabb gerincbetegs\u00e9gek (porckorongs\u00e9rv, kop\u00e1sos degenerat\u00edv elv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok) el\u0151jele lehet. <em>A nyaki gerinc helytelen tart\u00e1sa akad\u00e1lyozza a v\u00e9r szabadon \u00e1raml\u00e1s\u00e1t az agyba, ami gyakori fejf\u00e1j\u00e1st, f\u00fclz\u00fag\u00e1st, sz\u00e9d\u00fcl\u00e9st okozhat<\/em>.
