Ilyenkor a gerinc\u00fcnkre n\u00e9gyszer nagyobb nyom\u00e1s nehezedik. Ez\u00e9rt nagyon fontos, hogy megtanuljuk azokat a mozdulatokat, melyekkel helyettes\u00edthetj\u00fck, kiv\u00e1lthatjuk az el\u0151re hajl\u00e1st, ez\u00e1ltal cs\u00f6kkenthetj\u00fck a porckorong k\u00e1rosod\u00e1s\u00e1t. Ilyen mozdulat az <em>egyenes gerinccel t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 t\u00f6rzsd\u00f6nt\u00e9s<\/em> (enyh\u00e9n hajl\u00edtott t\u00e9rdekkel vagy t\u00e1mad\u00f3\u00e1ll\u00e1sban, har\u00e1ntterpeszben), a <em>guggol\u00e1s<\/em>, a <em>f\u00e9l t\u00e9rdre ereszked\u00e9s<\/em>. \u00cdgy elv\u00e9gezhet\u0151 sz\u00e1mos olyan tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g, melyet \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban hajl\u00e1ssal szoktunk megtenni.
